Back in the days of gods and tribes, men and women would sit around the fire in ceremony, make offerings and participate in practices and activities that would strengthen the bond between themselves and each other. At the end of the day they would feast, laugh, sing songs and share stories. This is something I feel has been somewhat lost in the modern world, due to overstimulation and the daily grind. This event is a chance to take a step back into our truest selves, to discover our myth and to share that experience with those around us.

This event is an offering to ourselves and is designed so that by the end you have a much clearer vision of your future, what is holding you back, what you may have forgotten about yourself, what is true to yourself and having a sense of peace, calm and groundedness within your body. This will all be done through the use of nordic archetype embodiment and ancient practices to dismantle those limiting beliefs within us.

The flow of the day will go as follows

12:00 - Arrival and Greetings

12:30 - Freya: Cacao Ceremony

13:00 - Odin: Fire Offering

13:30 - Jord: Intention Setting with Plant Medicines

14:30 - Thor: Hero Activation Breathwork

15:30 - Njord: Ice Immersion

16:30 - Surtur: Heat Cleansing

17:30 - Valhalla: Closing Ceremony

18:00 - Ægir: Feasting, Fire, Songs and Stories

Some of these practices may challenge you physically and emotionally. However without challenge there is no growth. I encourage every man and woman that attends to show up with an open heart and a willigness to let go and trust the process that their bodies are going through.
